It doesn’t really matter anyway. I can safely say romance and relationships will never be a big part of my comics, because they say to write what you know.
Ten years ago today I posted the very first Beartato comic. My sincere thanks to everyone who has read and enjoyed my comics over the years, bought books or merchandise, or supported the site in any way. I’m very lucky and grateful to be able to do what I do and it’s only possible thanks to my readers. Here’s to many more years!
This weekend, September 10 & 11, I will be at one of my favorite shows, the Small Press Expo in Bethesda, Maryland. I get this kind of question a lot and I’ve honestly never really thought about it. I don’t have any kind of voices in mind when I write the comics. I guess Billy West would have to be in there somewhere, just by default.
